We may collect contact details, inquiry information, business context, website usage signals, and information shared during service or product engagement.

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide services, support products, improve the website, manage relationships, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with trusted service providers or retained where needed for business, legal, or support reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, while recognizing that no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If you have created an account in the Shulyn Helpdesk app (developed by Shulyn Technologies) or any other Shulyn Technologies mobile app or web product, you can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time, without needing to reinstall or sign in to the app.

To request deletion, email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Shulyn Helpdesk" (or the name of the relevant app). Include the email address or phone number linked to your account. You can also raise the request as a ticket on the Shulyn Help Desk at help.shulyn.com. Where an app offers an in-app option (usually under Settings or Profile), you can also request deletion there.

We may contact you to verify that you own the account before we process the request. Once verified, we will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile details, login credentials, contact information, and content or usage data linked to your account.

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as transaction and invoice records needed for tax and accounting obligations, or records needed for fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Retained data is kept only for as long as the applicable law requires (usually up to 90 days, or longer if a statutory record-keeping period applies), is not used for any other purpose, and is then securely deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten in our normal backup cycle.

If you want specific data deleted without deleting your account, email [email protected] with details of the data you want removed and we will process the request in the same way.
